Downtown Brews is a cozy global café in Rockville with Latin American influences and Filipino-inspired specials, run by a Filipino owner and a Peruvian chef. Coffee and pressed paninis by day; fresh ceviche, causas, wine and craft beer by night.

Cured fresh in leche de tigre, piled over creamy causas, with lomo saltado flatbreads and adobo sliders to share. Latin American at heart, with Filipino-inspired specials.
Pair it with wine by the glass or a rotating craft beer, and you’ve got dinner.

$2 off drafts, sangria & select wines. Every weekday.
The neighborhood plan: clock out, wander over between 4pm – 7pm, grab something cold and something bright. The $2 covers draft beers, house-made sangria and select glasses of wine. Fridays and Saturdays we keep the lights on until midnight.

Do you take reservations?

Can I order online for pickup or delivery?
Not right now — we don’t have online ordering or delivery. The full menu is available for dine-in or takeout when you come in; just order at the counter.
Do you offer gluten-free items?
Several dishes, including our ceviche, are naturally gluten-free. Please let us know about any allergies and we’ll point you to the right options.
